Here find a number of maps which show to a degree the extent of the land within CPEL's responsibility. We do not currently have a map which shows the definitive outer boundary. There are various boundaries for different purposes; ie CPEL membership, Covenants, Conservation Area, etc.

This shows the boundaries of the property owned by CPEL. The verges and road of The Drive to the west of Queensway are owned by the adjoining properties up to the centre-line of the road.
The area of The Drive by the white gate, the adjacent triangle of land and the area shown within Martineau Close all belong to a company owned by Mr Burrows.
CPEL are also responsible for the upkeep of the border outside Martineau Close, in Craigweil Lane; and the passageway at the rear of 7 Martineau Close that leads to the water meters.
