Safety on the Estate
The Directors of CPEL, together with estate residents, shall help to manage Safety on the the estate - see Health & Safety Guidelines - 2025
Should residents identify anything that may be considered unsafe do please report this to the CPEL directors – and/or go to Contact section, complete and ‘Send’.
Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Our AED has now been in place at the Junction of The Drive & Queensway since late 2024.
We currently (May 2025) have about forty residents trained in its use & how to give effective CPR.
